Brubeck at The Health & Safety Event 2016

Visit Brubeck Protect at ‘The Health & Safety Event 2016’ – Stand C26

Performance Wear, also known as Brubeck Protect, a world leader in developing seamless base layer garments will attend the annual ‘The Health & Safety’ event at The NEC, Birmingham which will be held from March 22 to 24, 2016.

This event is the place to be for anyone in the health and safety industry. Each year, more than six thousand visitors arrive from throughout the United Kingdom gather at the event in view of networking and discovering the newest developments in the health & safety field.

Brubeck Protect will be showcasing their latest products and innovations at the event and will be featuring their base layer garments along with the Jalas insole system for footwear, and Ejendal’s line of gloves – Tegera® Pro.

Baselayer Garments

Brubeck Protect’s baselayer garments are among the most advanced in the world and are a necessity for workers who are working in harsh conditions and climates. By utilizing these types of garment, wearers can maintain an adequate body micro-climate, preventing the body temperature from increasing, thus preventing over-heating. These types of garments also remove body moisture from the skin, allowing the workers to maintain a fresh and comfortable feeling. Feedback from wearers clearly shows that productivity will be greatly improved when wearing these baselayer garments.

Jalas Insole System

Along with the baselayer garments, Brubeck Protect will also feature the Jalas insole system, which has been developed to help wearers find the perfect insole to avoid foot pain. Jalas also offer a foot scanner called ‘FootStop Service’ which makes the process of testing shoes and insoles easier. This clever unit customizes its results individually, to ensure that an individual can be fitted for the perfect shoes and insoles for them to avoid repetitive strain injury – a common work environment problem in the Western World.

The scanner only takes a few minutes to process an individual’s foot measurements and will provide results which include the location of the foot pressure and whether the arch is Low, Medium or High. This information can then be used to help choose the perfect custom FSS insoles suitable for them.

Tegera® Pro Gloves

To complement the base layer and insole products, Brubeck Protect will also include Ejendals’s Tegera® Pro’s line of protective gloves. This range consists of custom designed gloves that match the hand shape of the user, allowing them to have a superb fit, excellent grip, in addition to well-designed protective elements.

The Tegera® Pro Gloves are made of Microthan® or Macrothan®, which are superior to leather. These materials are thin and strong and make the gloves flexible and durable. Because the material is extremely flexible, Ejendal’s are able to ensure an ergonomic design, which not only improves hand safety but also provides comfort to its users.
